• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i don't know if i will do it yet, but in case i do, i have no idea where i should do it, my method of choice is gonna be an OD and i dont want to od in my room in my bed mostly bc the shock from a family member entering and finding a corpse there is just.. i dont exactly want to put someone in such a horrific position, my mother is very emotionally frail and has heart problems and a sight like that could make her drop dead, im also really worried about when she receives the news, so idk what to do. my area is not close to any bodies of water or cliffs. i just dont want people to deal with a mess after the fact, especially my mom. any suggestions? im willing to say where i live if that's allowed idk if it is. sorry if this is all over the place or badly worded.

Someone, somewhere will have to deal with your body. A hotel may be your best option. You can leave a note asking the staff to contact the police before coming further into the room. I would also reevaluate ODing, it's not a reliable or recommended method.

thank you. if i may change the subject slightly, im actually considering parasuicide as plan A, and if it doesn't improve anything, then plan B is the real deal, but considering u said OD is not reliable, im wondering (since for plan A reliability isnt much of an issue) could an OD if survived leave me with permanent damage or a disability? does it depend on which drug is used? sorry if that goes kinda off topic

oh okay this is very informative thank you!

adding on to what the other person said: yeah, don't OD, it's probably not gonna work unless you've got something damn effective like fent or heroin.

but as for location, i cannot recommend enough finding a pretty spot out in nature somewhere. second time i tried to ctb i did it on a hill with a stunning view of the sunset. nothing will get you in the right mindset quite like watching the sunset. very poetic.
