I have a loaded handgun held to my head about once a week, and am 50/50 on doing it. That has to be near 10 although death still scares the absolute crap out of me so I can see myself procrastinating indefinitely.

7-8, I already have everything I need but I keep fluctuating in my desire to ctb. If nothing changes for a few months in terms of my mental state I will progress straight to 9 and then 10.

I'm consistently at an 8 lately. I don't try to fight it anymore. I don't think I want to.

It depends, usually when im im a default mode(nothing great or worse happened in my day) my scale is in 4, when i gathering with my friend at some place and we talk about the thing in the past or some goffy shit, my scale is in 3. But when there's some fucked up shit happened like being remove from job recruitment process or else, my scale can go up to 5 or 6
