Help When will my private messages be enabled?

I didn't know where to ask this. I would like to know when the option to send private messages will be activated. I have already posted a certain amount of posts but they are not activated yet. How much more do I need?

We can't tell you, because spammers and other bad peeps will know exactly the threshold they have to reach before they can DM. It's a gray area by design.

I'm still waiting for my private messages to be enabled. I've been registered for almost half a month now.
