Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

In WPM. I sit at around 125-150 when relaxed.

There isn't much benefit to having such fast fingers, really. I spend 90% of my time thinking of what to type instead of actually typing.

Edit: If any other fast typers want to race, hit me up! I'm rusty, though.

40 something and very inconsistent (typos and frezzing in place if I can't find the key) mind you. Speeding up would make doing assignments at school a lot faster.

Very slow. I wish I could type faster. Even my parents can do that.

I would be interested in the answer of @DarkRange55
I imagine it is at least the speed of light in his case...

Last time I tested (back in the late 90s) I was on par with this. Back when I was working I was always the fastest, most accurate typist in the office. Both a blessing and a curse, for sure.

Good job!! I haven't sat down to a keyboard and typed anything out seriously in almost 20 years now. I used to sit down at work, put on my headset, close my eyes and "go to work". Lol The lawyers I worked for were always like "How the fuck do you DO that??" It was called exhausted but still needing a paycheck. Lol

ive always wanted to learn proper touch typing but ive been using a computer since i was 5 or 6, and my school only started trying to teach us how to use tech (including touch typing) when i was already 11. ive tried twice to teach myself but its just way too hard to unlearn 15 years of habit and start off so slow again lol. i only use my pointer, middle and ring fingers to type.

That is amazing to me. Why don't they teach kids "proper" typing in grade school?? Seems like, given the way the world is now, that not being able to type would be a definite handicap. I learned typing and shorthand in high school. And honestly, I'm really glad I did. They've both were skills that served me well in college and then when I was out in the working world.

My old man did two finger typing. I was amazed at how quick he was but it would also drive me daft. Lol I kept wanting to smack the back of his hands with a wooden ruler. (My typing teacher's favorite form of negative reinforcement if she caught you not using "proper form.")

this was in ~2016 too, so quite far into the tech era. it was a tiny, very old-school private school though, so definitely made sense to lag behind in that department. i remember having a sheet of paper placed over my hands to do a typing test but id just end up incorrectly typing underneath it, since my issue wasn't 'hunting' for the keys; i knew where they were on a keyboard but but i was just using the wrong fingers and being inefficient lmao. in high school, other kids who'd presumably went to way better schools for elementary/middle still made comments about my typing speed and didn't know how to touch type themselves either, so i'd assume all US education was just as shitty at teaching anything tech related in that era. definitely hope it's gotten better now but cant say i have much hope if even basic literacy is at an all time low.
