Apologies, my brain is not working well this evening and rather slow, which is normal when I'm going through a severe depressive episode so this may not make 100% sense but I want to say that, that has got to be so incredibly difficult, as if what we're dealing with isn't difficult enough but then to have such extreme shame and stigma surrounding it ,beyond what is already present. I can't fathom. I grew up in a family where my father And TWO brothers CTB, very normalized, which is absolutely insane but to grow up in a situation where it is mocked would be so difficult. Also Asian here. I feel like it's also hell for us because mental health is not seen as a normalized thing in our culture.
