Oh my god this might be my new favorite thread on here. I love knowing people's favorite Pokemon and hearing the reasoning behind it, even if it's just "this guy looks cool" -- every Pokémon gets to be a favorite to SOMEONE out there and I love that!!! Mine is Umbreon hands down; it'll always be very special to me along with the rest of the eeveelutions. As a kid I was obsessed with watching "Umbreon x Espeon" music video slideshows LOL. Miss those days.

I know it's a bit of a mainstream choice but come on. It's cute. It's kinda ugly and creepy. It's implied to be a little eldritch horror

i used to be a mimikyu stan back in high school and liked how cute and creepy it was. i always thought that i'd take one in if i saw one in the wild because they seem so lonely. the eldritch horror lore is pretty cool too. it also canonically killed meowth for a few seconds:

My gf is into pokemon big time. Buying gifts for her is easy, it's anything pokemon. But I'm selfish, I think Pikachu is the cutest so I buy her Pikachu stuff. Thankfully she likes Pikachu too

Mine is psyduck. Just look at him, how can you not love him? hes simply the best. I sleep with a psyduck plushy every night and one day when i have enough time to start a new savefile im gonna solo the kanto top 4 with a lvl 100 psyduck
