I started feeling dizzy and my body was going numb. My breathing also slowed down alot. It came to a point where I felt out of breath and had to stop. Is this how it's supposed to feel like during this method?

How did you get to that point? I wish I could do this method but I can't even get dizzy off this. The most I got was my head pounding from the jugular vein.

I had that problem too but you need to position whatever object you are using on your arteries and then apply more pressure. The arteries require more pressure than the veins

I haven't tried the night night method so I'm not speaking from a place of any authority, but did you perhaps try any sedatives? A lot of people who do partial suspension seem to consider it a must and it could be the same.

"The arteries require more pressure than the veins" I did not know that. Hopefully that is the problem because I really think this would be the best method for me. Thank you. I will test it tonight.

If I could get ahold of any drugs, I would do fentanyl and go out happy. Hanging is so traumatic for everyone involved. I'm trying to avoid it but sadly, it seems to be the most reliable way. I just don't want to put the people that find me through that.

I don't have access to any alcohol or drugs sadly in my country. If you know any non prescription drug that could work, do let me know

Just for clarification, I know that night-night method is the most similar to hanging but my thought is you can do that laying down. There is just something about seeing someone hanging that is so much more traumatic than finding someone dead, lying down. I would not wanr to put anyone, even emergency workers, through that.

Exactly. Also I experiment alot because I always wanted to be sure, don't want to end up in the hospital. So I did experiment with the traditional hanging, and I felt that choking pain and it was horrible. Just can't do that again, so I'm relying on this method now
