i plan on wiping my devices, drilling through the drives and soaking them in an acid solution. most people will be fine but i'm a cybersec nerd and i feel that the active decision to destroy and trash them will help me follow through with my suicide. i'll also be leaving a laptop/usb with some important files, documents and account credentials.

Personally, I'd use

sudo dd if=/dev/urandom of=/dev/sda status=progress

from within a Live OS to wipe the HDD if I wanted to wipe. (I also know tech, and data recovery... and if I got a drive that had been dd'd (or fully formatted, the slow kind of format) I wouldn't be able to recover... but if the user merely reinstalled windows I can pull off some pdf, jpeg, and other files)

probably gonna set my phone up for the perfect shot for my ctb livestream. no me walking off screen for the actual jump or whatever, no bad lighting, 1080p minimum, me thinks it would be cool... or not idk
