For me, it's The Dispossessed by Ursula K. Le Guin, which I read last year. I've read a few books, watch some films, and played some games, but The Dispossessed left a huge impact on me. While reading it, I was really immersed by the story in Anarres, it got my mind wandering all over the place. The society, the harsh living condition, the problems with its system, everything was crafted in such a way that left me captivated. It is currently my favourite book of all time, next to Neuromancer.

This month, I really enjoyed listening to I love My Computer by Ninajirachi. The whole album felt like a really good dj set and the transitions between songs were godlike. Also I succesfully set up pop'n music to be played using my PC like two days ago.
I love Neuromancer!

I should REALLY read Le Guin, I keep hearing about her but not putting in the work.
I'm not familiar with Ninajirachi, besides getting recommended the song "Fuck my Computer" on Soundcloud & really enjoying it, unfortunately I don't get much out of music nowadays other than the first time I hear it.
She's wonderful. If you want to get a sample before committing to a whole novel, you can read a couple of her short stories HERE and HERE.

Dragon Ball Z The Tree of Might, I see this as the best Dragon Ball movie, because it reminded me of the Yggdrasil legend.

And the Final Destination movies–they were thrilling. In my opinion, the best one is Bloodlines.

Aside from endlessly replaying the same games I always do, I like the visual novel Z.A.T.O. // I Love the World and Everything In It and playing the Danganronpa games.
if counting replays/rewatches I've been rewatching the original Neon Genesis Evangelion anime.

I've wanted to play Signalis for a few years now, it looks just like the sort of thing I'd enjoy.
I hope I can get the money to get it soon it looks so awesome.

Primarily Left 4 Dead since I always go back to that game, and that game also made me feel something good recently differently from usual too since I usually play by myself, but got to play with someone I like a few days ago.
Also currently Doom 3.

100%ed Silent Hill F recently, that's a really good story if you can get past the clunky gameplay

The music from glass animals and sleep token, and the show knights of Guinevere made me feel happy and hopeful recently
Glass Animals mentioned. I used to listen to them all the time when I was younger

I'm a sucker for nostalgia and Spring and a Storm by Tally Hall made me cry in a good way. Anything from my childhood whether it be music or games or whatever does bring back some good memories and can make me forget i'm struggling in the moment. Playing Pokémon White was also a good time.

Chloé Zhao's movie Hamnet is about the profound experiences of connection and healing that are possible when we share our grief through art. I sobbed so hard. It got me through several days without ideation.

My less highbrow answer is the hilarious British panel show Taskmaster.
