Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi I have been expressing negative emotions to my family and now they want me to attend my old therapist. This therapist has involuntarily hospitalized me to a mental health hospital, or psych ward. It was my second time and just like the first I was subjected to be in with people who threatened my safety.

With my therapy visit I need to be honest with my thoughts as my wife will force it but I need to do so in a way that avoids hospitalization. Any advice from those who have been in this situation?

Assuming you are american, they cannot legally do anything unless you express an intent to harm yourself or others
