What's supposed to happen if it is somehow SN?
The blood should become brown. Btw, this won't tell you if the product is pure. It tells you if it has some nitrite in it.

Its true, but to the source's detriment rather than their advantage in this case. It seems there are dangerous errors being made by them - is it not in the interest of the SS community to be made aware?

they'd just be making small talk and ask what its used for..
They have no interest in what anything is or is used for, they are cashiers who ring people up, hundreds a day. They do not make small talk about what you buy at Walmart. They have no interest and do not care. The idea anyone working at Walmart would take any interest at all in what someone is buying and ask about it is unimaginable.

This shit is used for explosives. be careful with it.

" Baratol is an explosive composed of barium nitrate, TNT and binder; the high density of barium nitrate results in baratol being quite dense as well. Barium nitrate mixed with aluminium powder, a formula for flash powder, is highly explosive. It is mixed with thermite to form Thermate-TH3, used in military thermite grenades. Barium nitrate was also a primary ingredient in the "SR 365" incendiary charge used by the British in the De Wilde incendiary ammunition with which they armed their interceptor fighters, such as the Hawker Hurricane and Supermarine Spitfire, during the Battle of Britain.[6] It is also used in the manufacturing process of barium oxide, the vacuum tube industry and for green fire in pyrotechnics."
It's just an oxidizing agent in the explosive. Not that dangerous as long as it's kept away from fire.
