Since most of the people do not create goodbye threads, we cannot say for sure.
Many just leave without self-banning and we don't know what is the life of these users after leaving the forum.
Some people recover.
I would say in the range from 1 to 5 per cent if we count all the users.

Bro, we're not here to push someone ctb, this is not what we do. If some people manage to find a way to get out of their trouble by venting, it is a good thing. Accepting suicide doesn't mean we're pro-suicide.
