Well i live alone and got meto from my doctor plus the SN is here. What is the regime? Can someone please share? Just waiting for tagemut (sp) to be delivered but i dont know what purpose of that is even...how to take, how much....
Please dumb it down for me.
Thanks so much...
Also would taking an sN cocktail the right way be messed up if i added lorazapm or oxy to help sedate me? I just want painless... like sleeping. And A is not reliable and i decided i cannot deal with another stab in the back so i am going with SN.
You should check the PPeH for clearer directions. It's best to obtain an antiemetic along with the Tagamet. The antiemetic is taken to help prevent you from vomiting the SN back up and the Tagamet to control your stomach acid. Ive read more than one account of people taking benzos to help ease the anxiety and possibly induce sleep. As far as how much SN to take... it would seem that somewhere between 15-25g dissolved in 50-100ml of water is the recommended dose. PPeH says to take 3.. 10mg tablets of metoclopramide and 800mgs of Tagamet a half hour prior to drinking the SN and water mixture.
You'll find some variations on the method to be used, but I believe this is the basic idea. Please do your own thorough research..I actually know very little about the specifics regarding the method and I'm just repeating a lot of what I've read.
Can anyone enlighten me as to why people find SN attractive? I keep reading stories on here about it failing. This would be understandable if SN were used proportionally more than methods like N, but I don't get the impression it is. Do its users not order anti-emetics or does it still occasionally fail regardless?
Mostly human error is to blame for failed attempts as far as I know. The method itself is pretty effective I believe. People are hasty and do not do enough research, they get found by someone, puke it up, panic and call emergency services, etc...

It's not the method that is faulty, but the people taking it making unwise choices.
The main reasons it seems to fail are being found and saved, rushing, leaving out meds and not following all the steps, or getting creative and winging it.
If you just keep it simple and follow the recommended instructions, it seems pretty foolproof. Main thing is don't leave out ingredients and don't get rescued.
