I'm sorry if this is has been asked over and over.

What is the exact advantage of following the regimen? The wiki says none. Why do people choose it then? Does spacing meto out that way make sure it stays in your system longer (?) Or you've just given yourself 2 days of diarrhea and extreme fatigue, and you may still end up vomiting?

intuitively, vomiting / experiencing EPS appears likely if I were to go for the overkill of regimen AND stat dose, but then again, as people say, in an hour and half or so you'd be unconscious anyway.

Thanks for any feedback.

It makes your body think that the poison you take is not harmful to you. If you don't throw it up it will stay in your body and will do its deeds. Different bodies will react differently, no way to predict, Daniela, your body may take it or not. Impossible to predict. It depends on many factors. If you want to ensure success, stick to the regime. It has been proven to be successful. Hope this helps.

I have some notes here :
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/n-protocol-regime-regimen-notes.27092/post-517024

People using a 48 hour regime sometimes take a stat-level-dose as their final dose (Stan's SN guide has that stated), although that is optional, and might increase EPS risk.
