Been there, done that, got the tee shirt. Happened many time to me in my time. Repeated pattern of my self destructive behaviour always happens. Bpd always wins

For me its basically myself. My depression elimated all my strength and good characteristics. I grieve my old self and it destroys me.

I don't know myself not depressed. Now that I know what depression is I can't remember a time that I wasn't depressed. My whole personality is either a symptom of depression or a coping mechanism
