What do you put on your pancakes?

It's pancake day today! What's your favourite pancake topping? Mine is either lemon and sugar (the classic), or strawberry and Nutella.

Well mainly just syrup, I usually make my pancakes with a bit if vanilla extract though aswell,, but i love chocolate pancakes with maple syrup and strawberries on the side

To be fair, I was referring to crepes in my original post as that's what's traditional to have on pancake day! I do also like North American pancakes though. I'd usually have those with maple syrup, and maybe some berries.
