Like what will other people feel, behave, think. Who will be happy about it, sad, winners, losers, etc. What will be the impact on your surroundings.

My mom will lose herself. My suicide won't just be a suicide, it'll also be a murder of her in every way that matters. My dad will blame himself. They will probably both stop functioning on every level. My friends will be paralyzed and they'll never be the same again. My girlfriend's cry will probably be heard in the four corners of the world.

That's horrifying. If I died thinking what comes next is unconsciousness, then I floated around like that, consciousness intact, I would still despair...

i was in a coma not long ago, it started before i knew it and just woke up, zero consent of time, thoughts etc i guess its like that
