What do I risk if I take SN without Anti-emetics or Benzo?

I told myself I had this whole year to prepare for ctb, that I would wait months if I had to before getting all the recommended ingredients for SN.
I promised to myself I would be patient and strong enough to resist the urge but fuck it, I'm weak.
I have to wait 2 full months of shipping for Anti-emetics (if it doesn't get lost on the way) and for Benzo I still haven't done anything.
I want to ctb very soon, I already have SN, why should I wait more?

In all honesty what are the risks?

The ones I care the least about are:
-My death is long and painful
-I vomit and I have to drink again SN multiple times

The ones I care a bit about are:
-I don't succeed and I'll be, after all, forced to wait before I get all the ingredients
-I waste grams of SN for nothing, if too much I'll have to buy some again
-My SN doesn't like being exposed to the air and is no more stable, I'll have to buy some again

The one that would be dramatic:
-I don't succeed, people get informed I tried to ctb, all my SN gets confiscated and I get under surveillance or something like that.

Frankly, I think I prefer much more to do it as soon as possible rather than suffer even longer.
In comparison I think I prefer suffering a lot in my very last minutes rather than continue suffering for more entire months.

Without anti-emetics, there's a chance of you survive because death only occurs when the SN isn't thrown up, and there's no guarantee it'll happen even with the anti-emetics; without benzos, the chance is panicking and call for help, but death can occur anyways, as long as you don't receive the antidote (methylene blue) in possible time.

Considering the risks you're about to endure, waiting for anti-emetics is advised, buying benzos is unnecessary.

The only thing necessary to CTB is SN itself. Additional drugs can help with absorption and to relieve symptoms but they are not necessary. There is debate on the effectiveness of AEs in regards to increasing success rate but they are generally recommended. It's important to note that throwing up does NOT automatically mean failure, most people WILL throw up when taking SN regardless of medications. This is because it is a literal poison and your body very much does not like poison. The goal is to get as much absorbed as possible, which is why you take such a high dose with the method. Most people are also unable to even drink the second glass, so don't stress too much about that aspect. SN method is generally described as uncomfortable more than it is painful, but AEs vs no AEs is unlikely to change the timing of unconsciousness very much. If you do survive, you will likely be hospitalized and your family will probably keep you under high supervision.

Yeah, me too. There are some differing opinions on this site (including this thread now too) about just how important AEs are. Seems like it'll up your chances but if you follow all the other steps including fasting, you'll probably still CTB.
I ordered my AE, but there's no updates on it so far and it's already been over a week. Guessing it may be over a month. So I'm in the same boat, really considering if it's worth it. Don't want to miss my window of opportunity but also if I have just the one shot I don't want to mess it up.

The new PPH states meto is really important. Not that it won't work, but its benefit of speeding up gastric emptying by 30%-50% is huge, because that's 50% more of a dose you're getting than otherwise. Tremendous. Dramamine is recommended as a secondary in the PPH, but it doesn't have the gastric emptying benefit, only the anti-nausea one.

I'm considering ginger supplements, because they can speed up gastric emptying 10%-30%, but this is NOT recommended by ANYONE. It's just my idea. So grain of salt. Lol, so to speak. Also I got some acupuncture bracelet thingies that are supposed to help prevent nausea. Dunno how well they work but might as well take every advantage.

Yeah, luckily I actually ended up getting my Neto delivered way sooner than I thought. So I've got that on hand now. I think I've got everything I need. My only fear now is Messing it up or having something go wrong due to slow digestion issues. Just hoping the meto resolves that

I get that. It's a nerve wracking thing; I feel it too; but with any luck there is no need for any pain or bad feelings on the other side.
