Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

it is horrible - let's have a look at only the mental part of it..
am 56 - and I lost all my friends in the 80's to AIDS, I am hiv NEG ! then in the 90's till now have been losing all my ageing friends to old age diseases (70-85) and well, there are some that I lost to mental illness - they just shrivelled up... dried up and hid ....
it would be horrible to live till age 90 and be the only survivor of a life time of bonds and love... I hope to go in the next 2 weeks..

Your organs shut down one by one, until critical failure... One sad aspect of that is that your bladder gives up relatively soon and you can imagine the results...

i observed someone dying of lungcancer...that shit is really nasty and scary
i think heartattacke (even though its apparently very painful) and stroke (does it even hurt? i think if you dont survive stroke can be a pretty decent way to leave this world) arent that bad...at least i goes quick
this lower respiratory infections probably only kill people that already suffered from other shit

This is part of the reason why I'm CTB: fear of rotting into a decrepit state and suffering from an excruciatingly painful ailment like cancer or developing dementia and losing my mental faculties. I'm not taking the risk of living on in a future where A stops supplying N. Still not sure of the effectiveness of SN. You cannot rely on dying peacefully in your sleep of a heart attack. And I'm really not optimistic about the chances of easy access euthanasia being available within the next few decades.
Other methods are too frightening and/or aren't as reliable (exit bag: I don't trust myself to be dexterous enough to properly construct it and not wind up as a vegetable) as I'd like

jumping from a certain height with a rope around your head and getting your head chopped of has a better pain/suffering time ratio then this. rope costs like 20$
