I feel like reasons to live are very specific to ourselves. Like besides my partner and cats, my only other reason to be alive is that Queen may have a final farewell tour soon with Adam Lambert.

1. Life is more than counting days, it's about meaningful (subjective), unforgettable moments
2. Beauty in small things like a sunrise, laughter, quiet peace
3. Love, both giving and receiving it
4. Untold stories, dreams to pursue, chances to take, people to meet
5. Growth through challenges as struggles (could) shape strength and character
6. Uniqueness of each day, every day is a new page in your story
7. Life as a gift (of God if u believe so), precious, unpredictable, full of opportunities to begin again
My whole life was full of suicidal thoughts, but in the last 1-2 years I got closer and closer to Jesus and it really helped. He doesnt condemn anyone bc of sucidial thoughts, its the opposite. For example Psalm 34:18 "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." , Matthew 5:3-4 "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
Dont get me wrong I dont sugarcoat life, you asked so I just shared what I thought may help :) Life wont be perfect, bones will still break, hearts will still break, but God gave me something I searched for a looong time: forgiveness and meaning. God bless you

ur probably asking in the wrong place....
if I had to guess it would be feeling joy, happiness, fulfillment - becoming better, helping and being kind to others, improving the world, making and improving things.
That could obviously manifest itself in different things, for example an artist finds joy in their art, which improves the world, a scientist might derive meaning from advancing their field or a mother and father can attain purpose by raising a child in a loving environment.
try not to rationalize the meaning of life or reasons to live, instead just focus on how you feel when you are/were happy and content with life (perhaps when you were a child, without being hedonistic.
