Help What antacid for SN method? Is tums fine?

I am a bit confused about what type of antacid to get for the SN method. Is something like tums fine?

Well there are a number of other alkali that neutralise stomach acid, but this is the most benign on the list and has minimal to no conflict with other medications. It is generally known as Milk of Magnesia."

I'm currently researching SN and writing my own guide if you have time itll be finished in a day or two if you have that if not lmk and ill try to research this specific question
