what angle should i point the gun in?

my method is likely to shoot myself with a shotgun i may purchase once i start working again, if not then it's to steal a handgun that i know the whereabouts of. at what angle should i aim either of these guns at? i know i'm going for the medulla oblongata, but what's the most secure place to guarantee death for either weapon? i'm not interested in holding the barrel in my mouth, my best guess is to place it behind my ear but i'd like to make sure of it first.

If not your mouth then behind your ear is the other option. Never aim under your chin.

Its hard to describe but aimed at the back of the top of inside your mouth.

Thats the easiest way to fail, You can end up blowing off your jaw or entire face/front of brain, and end up taking time to die or surviving without a face. Do not EVER try shooting under the chin

Look into the case of David Parnell, he tried to ctb this way using an ak and he split his face apart, but he ended up living.

In mouth tilted slightly upward. If you view it from the side, it should look like it's pointing at your ear.

As previously noted, do not put it under your chin. One may very well end up just shooting oneself in the face while missing everything vital.
