She asked if I was still seeing my therapist,

"Yes, I have an appointment with her every other week." (I actually ghosted her about 2 months ago)

She asked how my current antidepressants were doing

"Doing well, I think the depression is under control with these" (I don't even take them anymore)

She says I seem to be doing great and that it's the first time she's seen me smile. "The antidepressants seem to be doing their job". Lol, I almost feel sorry for her at this point...

Therapy pretty much devolved into making small talk for 45 minutes each week, we just ran out of things to talk about. Everything's already been said.

As far as meds, I've never actually observed them to do anything, so I'm fine with dropping them. Also some of the horror stories on here have made me scared of BigPharma and what it'll do to my brain, lol.

I would do the same.
These people can snitch you up to the police as soon as they detect a hint of suicidal tendencies.
Unfortunately, it seems that we can't trust them, most of them at least.

I totally understand and I don't blame you for dropping both of em. Handling mental health is very personal and there's no one perfect way to approach it. Just make sure you keep an eye on yourself. That's actually a load of crap coming from me because like you, I've dropped therapy and meds. The only difference is that I'm shit at pretending to be better, but it felt right to say.
