I know this is a stupid idea, but I'm so tired of stuffing my face with sertraline, feeling the exact same, then repeating tomorrow. If I go cold turkey I'll get super sick, I tried that before. Any advice on how to slowly get off my meds?

I'd advice not going fully cold turkey off SSRI/SNRIs, I've done it before and the "brain zaps" are horribile.

Im on sertaline also, my advise is dont go cold turkey. Reduce it slowly. I remember going a week without it. Awful brain zaps etc.
