Which websites do you know offer free short courses especially in computer and offer certificates??

Take a look at the free MIT courses online - https://openlearning.mit.edu/courses-programs/mit-opencourseware

I know they do mathematics, I think they do some computer related courses but it might not be exactly what you're looking for

I found this, but it's a bit messed up because I can't quite figure out if they're free or not. In fact some yes, others not and some maybe yes (but I don't know). You'll have to look it up yourself based on your preferences:
