• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Let me begin by saying Yes I know it's listed as a non method.

*Just discussion

Physician assisted vsed is done by using palliative sedation

"Palliative sedation provides enough medication to keep patients with terminal illness comfortable and continuously unconscious, thereby free of the excruciating pain and related symptoms they were experiencing."

Of course when ctb you won't have access to a physician - or someone to aid in ctb (as they will be charged with manslaughter where I live)

You also won't have the advantage of being already terminally ill on the verge of death.

My question is what drugs could I hypothetically alone use to mimic *this or not even *palliative sedation - apparently ketamine can offer mental clarity and psychological and physical pain relief - possibly helping with the delirium.

I'm already getting alot of ket today having never done it . Correct me if I am wrong with lack of knowledge on the drug (I just did a brief unfiltered search)

I already fast alot for spiritual purposes and it honestly seems like a dream to pass from vsed.- I like to test myself with prolonged fasting it feeds a spiritual hunger I cannot describe.

(The longest I've dry fasted (vsed) has been 4 days) - Ik I can go much longer - even long enough to ctb from it like alot of religious figures do.

And yes please don't comment about the physical medical issues that occur I am already well aware.

I can say as a matter of personal experience with exploring hospice for a terminally ill loved one, their protocol for sedation w/o food was oral morphine + Ativan (lorazepam). While liquids aren't administered, they have a little sponge on stick sitting in a glass of water to offset the discomfort of dry mouth.
