Interesting .
Personally I am of the objective materialist persuasion , ie , consciousness DOES emerge from my
kilo (?) of meat in my skull .

I find that reassuring in a way .
The idea that this reality has some larger meaning is kind of horrific , like a Matrix movie kind
of overlay .

Meta consciousness ideas are too close to institutionalized religion for me .
I have always hated that 'we are here to learn a lesson' rhetoric .

All that negative nay saying aside ... the idea that the universe is inside our consciousness , inside our 'being' , can be empowering from the point of view of taking / making power for our selves .

Because we are then in control .
In control of our responses to our perceived reality .

Life is what you do with what has been done to you - Satre
( thanks to another SS poster for that quote )

I did however have a Terrence MacKenna binge earlier in the year , and do really like the idea of
parallel woo woo worlds . Well , 'like' is an exageration ... fascination is more the case.

Good points you made. I am interested to seeing the video poster's Part II when he releases it.
