Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Had what felt like a heart attack (honestly couldn't tell you if it was or wasn't because body is so bad) and I had to lay down for a few hours because it hurt and all the stuff and I was really really hoping the bus had come for me and now that I'm up again (didn't even get to go unconscious) I'm just so disappointed and I can't even talk to my friends about how disappointed I feel

sorry for the lack of punctuation I'm genuinely crying

Hey, please don't cry. Was it a heart attack? I mean did you get it medically checked? How did it feel and most importantly how are you now? Sending you love and blessings.

No, I have no idea if it was or not. Tbf it wasn't the first time the body just freaked out because I'd overtaxed it. It just lasted a long time in my opinion and I was hoping.

Symptoms: Heart pounding, shortness of breath, tingling extremities, fatigue, nausea, the usual. Lasted about 2 to 3 hours.

Hey , I just checked with chat gpt and this is what it sent me:
Based on what you described — heart pounding, shortness of breath, tingling in hands/feet, fatigue, nausea, lasting 2–3 hours — some common possibilities doctors often consider include:

Possible (non-diagnostic) explanations

  • Panic or anxiety attack
These can cause pounding heart, air hunger, tingling (from fast breathing), nausea, and exhaustion afterward. They can last much longer than people expect.
  • Hyperventilation
Even if you didn't notice fast breathing, it can lead to tingling, chest discomfort, dizziness, and nausea.
  • Dehydration or low blood sugar
Can cause heart racing, weakness, nausea, and shakiness.
  • Illness or infection starting
Sometimes early symptoms are vague: fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath.
  • Heart rhythm issues
Less common in teens, but palpitations with shortness of breath shouldn't be ignored.

🚨 Get medical help now or urgently if:

  • This happens again or is getting worse
  • You had chest pain, fainting, or nearly fainted
  • You have a heart condition, asthma, or anemia
  • Your shortness of breath didn't improve with rest
  • You felt confused, very weak, or couldn't stay upright

Hi. Don't use genAI for actual information, please. It does Not give good information back.

Yes, I'm aware that these are all symptoms of a possible infarction. I don't want to get medical help. It's not a new experience, just worse than before. It falls under things I experience because of my chronic illness.

These replies aren't helpful. This is a vent thread. I am sad. I want condolences, not incorrect information based on incomplete data and empty platitudes. Thank you.
