I do not want to take the recommended antiemetic because of risk of involuntary movements, what if it happens and I cannot even take the SN.
Also I just want it to be last minute decision and I have the unisom and gravol here already.
Good enough? Also will take Valium or etiz, and neurontin incase siezures.

Good question. I'm in the same boat and worry more about the antiemetics side effects more than anything else in the whole picture. Good you have Valium though. Maybe ask in the SN megathread for more insight.

I can't answer directly to the suggestion, but keep in mind that the failures with SN are typically cases with weak or no anti emetics. You are very likely to vomit up the SN and may not ingest enough. You may need to reconsider your method if your proposed substance can't work to directly block the vomiting (not just nausea).

I'll reconsider and think about it. The thing is when I had bad nausea and vomiting from taking an opiate I became dehydrated after two days and they gave me gravol injection and I almost immediately relieved from the vomiting.

Their are cases where one dies from accidental ingestion of SN.

I'll continue to think this over, I'm just really worried about those antiemetics.

It's recommended that you take 10mg of the primperan test to see if you have any bad reactions and of course not use it if you do. It's also not recommended to take high doses of the primperan as that can increase the chances of the side effects actually happening.

My suggestion is not to expect too much for the antihistamines. They may potentiate the diazepam but unless you take a very high dose it may not do that much.
