Help Unable to download peaceful hand book, does anyone else have trouble with this?

I am using Safari and it says cannot go to this website because unable to secure the connection?

I posted a link to them March 2019 PDF edition via Anonfile but I cannot find it anymore. Maybe someone else will help in the time being
