Ukraine suicide/assisted death tourism

Given the turmoil in ukraine, how easy is it for a tourist to procure a gun there or better still how easy is it to find a desperate gun owning Ukrainian who will shoot you dead for some money ?

1. You could end up in jail (I assume, but depends on the laws in Ukraine ofc)
2. Someone would have to live with having murdered you

Also, if you go looking for someone desperate to do that
What makes you think they won't just rob you and leave you broke and alone in a foreign country?

I realize the hazards with the idea. I am just greedy and desperate.

It's very unfair that professional and ethical assassins are hard to come by. I guess they only exist in movies.
