Hey there!

Originally, I had a plan for c-ing tb today, my intended time is coming up very, very soon. But im getting really tired, but ive not taken anything that'd make that happen. I also kind of feel like vomiting, and I'm shaky. But thats kind of expected, right? I'm not nervous though, this feels very different from usual anxiety. I'm actually relatively calm given the situation.

What kind of things count as SI? Is my body, like, trying to shut itself down so I don't do anything? What are some other things SI will do you keep you alive? It's really interesting, honestly!

It's hard to say. I have no knowledge on any exact criteria for SI, but I'd say that your symptoms are related. In fact,I'd go to say it sounds similarly to some anxiety attacks I've been having when I put effort into my plan. I can't say for sure what was happening to you, but if you believe there to be a correlation between ctb and your anxiety, it's probably true.
