I've heard of a woman dying from a Tylenol Overdose and wondered how many you would have to take, how long it would take, and how much it would hurt.

It's on one of the non methods in the sticky. Unlikely to work before you puke it up.

tylenol od is very easy to reverse and is a slow and painful death where your liver slowly shuts down and you die from other side effects of your liver being irreperably damaged (except you can also just reverse it with a transplant iirc)

Been there, tried it, hated it. Dont do it. Vomiting back the pills hurt so much. If I didnt go to the ER for it then I wouldve been suffering the whole week from liver failure and pain. It's not a fast death. Also it's very easy to spot that someone is dying from liver failure. You know homer simpson? Your skin color would look very similar to him.

About a week or two. Depends on the person and how much they took. It's definitely not fast.

Like everyone else said, it's unlikely and even if it does, it'll be slow. I ODed on Excedrin before which also has the main core ingredient, Acemetaphine, just not with suicidal intentions. It was an impulse thing and it was miserable! (Still would do it again because it's a great laxative…….) You're just stuck feeling nauseous and lightheaded without being able to properly puke or pass out and even when you do, you feel like you're about to shit yourself.

I took enough to reach a toxic level but they gave me something to reverse the possible damage in time. I found out later that it's very unlikely to work - there's a reason why it's so easy to obtain and doesn't require a prescription.

Ive actually tried this. Ive tried to ctb many times. It hurts like hell and you cant move for hours. I was found and given something in the hospital I was in hospital for 2 days and sent home. Not worth it
