Is 600mg of tramadol and 2 bottles of. Nyquil and alcohol enough to successfully die and is it a near painless death?

Really?? I read that 1 full bottle of nyquil is dangerous? Especially mixed with alcohol and tramadol(600mg is probably not enough now that i think about it)

Pretty sure it would be quite painful and it is probably not lethal. You could also sustain severe liver damage from the acetaminophen in NyQuil as well. 0/10 would not recommend.That's one reason why the suicide failure rate is so high. People try to overdose on random drugs.I read that the suicide rate among doctors who overdose on prescription drugs is much higher than the rate of the general population. Doctors are far more knowledgeable about what prescriptions drugs in what combination kill.
And they have ready access to those drugs. Doctors have the highest suicide rate of any profession.
