It's too much of a heavy load on my brain. And body I should have never dug into that stuff

Can you report it to the therapist who performed EMDR on you?

I'm supposed to be doing EMDR soon. The limiting factor is my inability to get out of bed. I'd only heard good things about it until now.

The therapist didn't do emdr on me I performed it at home and just googled the music on YouTube that's it
