I think im gonna do it today, honestly, i dont have a plan, im thinking about sh in the shower or something like that, maybe drink chemical products. All i know its that i cant take it anymore, tonight its the night im finding my peace. Wish me luck

I'm sorry that you're in this situation... And I perfectly understand what it's like when everything wants to stop right now. But I'm worried about the unpreparedness... An impulsive decision can lead to unpleasant consequences: you can not achieve the goal and cause great harm to your health. This will only make the situation worse...

Hey. Please don't. I know how desperate it gets some nights and how you just want it to be over and in how much mental pain you must be at the moment.
But please don't do it without a plan, or just some random chemical products. It can and would get way worse and painful for a lot longer and you don't deserve more.
Try to distract yourself tonight, talk to people if you can about whatever just do what works. Biggest of hugs you can get through tonight <3

In the end my mom surprised me coming to my home, wich ruined my plans cause i tought the house would be empty since my husband leaved. i didnt drink anything, but hurted my face with scratches ( i dont think theyr to bad btw). Thanks for the support, it was really good to read this, im gonna talk with a therapist tomorrow and see if the next weeks gets better or else i ll start a plan.

Im so sorry you are going through this. I understand yr wanting to end this feeling, Ive been there (as have many of us) but please dont drink chemicals or do anything on whim like this. It's really important to go into this situation prepared so you dont survive in a way that hurtful or very damaging to yr body. therefore making everything worse.
