I am tired of being tired. I either sleep like a log or not at all, either way, I am still tired. Simple little tasks leave me exhausted. So you are most definitely not alone on that score.

I while back I can remember thinking about the things I would need to do in order to CTB in my preferred way and it just felt overwhelming and that I didn't have the energy for it. Have been more lively and able to get some things done recently.

Yes, I get so exhausted I'd rather just sleep. Even planning suicide seems stressful and draining most days, let alone doing anything to recover.
I'm also mentally and physically exhausted. I dont have the energy to thoroughly research methods of ctb even though I'm on here several times a day. Everything seems so difficult. I'm thinking jumping might be my only way out because my mind has become so foggy.
