Just wanna stop im tired i messaged a friend just cuz i needed to talk, its not my friends fault but their words weren't rlly helpful. Its not their fault they couldnt help n i feel even worse abt expecting to feel better after talking to them, i feel guilty abt my expectations. I just need this to stop
