Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I can't find the discussion thread on the complete hanging method. Only partial hanging. Does anyone have a link?

Here is my setup. Full suspension. Having no solid anchor point, I opted for a sliding door because it is strong and because I have access to the back of the door to tie the knots of the anchor point. I opted for an arbor knot + locking knot and the anchor point is simply a simple knot at the handles of the door. Any opinions? Does the setup seem okay to you?

Based on these pictures, I'm not fully convinced, but it could work. It depends on how strong the door is, and whether the sliding mechanism is strong enough to hold your weight. A sliding door is usually not as strong as a normal door when it is shut and closed. It could be okay, I'm just pointing out a potential issue.

Another question is whether the rope will slide along the top edge of the door.

You might need to thread the rope through the gap on the other side of the sliding mechanism to prevent it from sliding along the edge.

The Arbor Knot looks okay. Try tying the stopper knot closer to the main knot though. Also, test whether you've tied it correctly and that it tightens itself when you put something inside the noose and apply weight.

If you intend to use this setup, make sure you test it thoroughly. Test whether it can hold your full body weight.
