Its not really part of my own vocabulary but I witness it online so much that I understand most of it(unfortunately, lol).
"Based" is one I use kinda often but that's like the only one that comes to mind for ones I actually use, and it's hardly new.

I hate how pretty much all 'brainrot terms' are either bastardized AAVE or a misogynistic 4chan term. I think it can be funny occasionally (the konnichiwagwan minna-slimes guy or the clavicular jestergooning tweet comes to mind for me lol). But yeah mostly these kids don't know what they're saying and can end up saying pretty stupid or hurtful things without realizing it. Not really judging though everyone was kinda stupid as a kid so they'll probably grow out of it.
