There will never be progress in treating suicidality because treating suicidality is based upon protecting others, not the person suffering.
It's a way to farm them, torment them, prolong their suffering. Genuinely it is incredibly strong observational evidence of loosh theory or some variation of Gnosticism where pleromic sparks are being violated.
You are bullied and guilted about harming others through failure or giving up, about not being tough enough. Even the medications are engineered for maximal harm and prolonging suffering to harvest even more cash and agony, with the capstone being electrocuting the shit out of you. This reality is about maximizing the area under the curve of misery.
All measures that might bring a peaceful end are willfully restricted to force even more pain and horrendous methods.
