Ive been away from therapy for a few weeks and honestly I like not having to commit to something every week. I like having freedom and working on myself, but that is also a double edged sword. My anxiety has sky rocketed and my agoraphobia and PTSD is acting up as well. still, id honestly just do medication therapy. Ive been on 10+ medications by now. I want to try experimental therapies like spravato and TMS but due to my condition, im unable to.

I think iv just giving up on eveything. I dont think ill ever have the courage to CTB but im okay with that.

Therapy can be effective if you are learning and trying things to discover what might be effective for you. If nothing seems to be working, you might try another therapist of even experimenting on you own to see if you can discover even small things that can be woven together into a workable strategy. The key is if you are getting better at managing your life.
