1. Staying awake during the day
This was really hard because sometimes I even dozed off while playing mobile games

2. Sunlight
Before I start my day I go out and take a short walk. On rainy days I take vitamin D tablets.

3. Keeping a log
I have this notebook where I write down the time I got up, how I feel, my daily goal, what I ate, good stuff I did, etc.

4. Staying away from drug abuse
Although I did overdose on benzos I NEVER overdosed on antidepressant or antipsychotics nor did I stop taking them by my own decisions. I also don't drink at all.

5. Workout
Since I can't go to the gym I follow routines on Youtube.

I am much better now, meaning that I don't see ctb as my best option and I can think more about the consequences of my bad habits(self-harm, purging, etc). I'm still on my way to recovery but I think I can work my way through:) I want to be a registered nurse with a healthy mind.

Good luck for everyone on your road to recovery!
