I'm planning on bringing up my anxiety/breakdowns with obligations, and other thoughts I've been having. I've seen the therapist about 2 times so far, and the results are meh. Didn't make any difference regarding level of depression/sucidiality, but at least I could vent in safe walls, within reason. I'm mildly nervous, but not enough to be frightening. Hopefully it puts some of my thoughts to rest, or gives me clarity. If you have any advice, I'll respond mobile while in the car, with like 30 mins. Hoping for the best.
