I've read the theory. If done correctly one should pass out quickly, painlessly. I just get the feeling that's too good to be true. And no, I've never done the 'constrict your neck' thing as a kid ... i guess it didn't have any appeal ...
When I read about hanging at other places than 'pro suicide' sites (this one isn't quite like that, but I have to call it something) it's a grim, painful and slow process.
Me,I just don't have the option of doing full suspension where I live.And going to a different location makes things awkward.
