To me the saddest thing might be to be forgotten.
Either that or wondering how those I truly care about will react if the day ever gets here.
I hope they don't get too badly hurt.

The saddest thing for me would probably be my mother's reaction to my death, she's already crying everyday seeing her son being nothing but a loser and and empty husk.
