It's what I call "false morality", because a person who truly is moral understands why someone wants to die because of incurable suffering.

Subconsciously derived willful ignorance could be one of the big reasons in many if not most all cases, possibly?

This is what at least makes the most rational sense to me. It seems a steady and reliable concept when applied, an undeviating concept.. no matter the actual particular circumstances.

I would not even want to try and guess at it coming from an emotionally based reason or logic.
