Has anyone gotten approved for assisted suicide in Switzerland? If so, please can you share the process and detail what kind of medical records did they need and from how many doctors could've just been a doctor you had one visit noting what conditions you had. And then the doctor in Switzerland could determine this is a severe condition that is causing very bad pain such as CRPS is also known as as a suicide disease.
