How do I get passed SI? I never had it before with the OD method but I am having tons of SI rn and i dont know how to get passed it. None of my tricks are working.

What exactly is stopping you? For me it's my fear of death and I found that watching stories about near death experiences has helped me. I also heard alcohol and benzos help.
