Leaving my very few loved ones is the most painful part of the build up process for me, without a doubt. By that same token l wish l didn't love them so much because I'd find attaining some peace to be much easier.
It hurts because it suggests that you will not be the primary source of resurgence.

My parents are of the mentality that those people with MH issues should "get over it".
It sucks not having that support, especially from family.
some parents are like that I hope you find what you need elsewhere
